We are going to talk about an Indigenous legend extracted from the mythological archives of the Sateré-Mawé tribe. They are extended throughout the north region of the Amazon state in Brazil. And this story in particular tells us the origin of the famous plant that we commonly know here as Guaraná. This famed plant originated one of the most famous Brazilian flavors of soda, and also has a lot of medicinal properties. If you have never seen this plant I suggest you Google it so you can see with your own eyes the resemblance that this plant has with this story that we are about to tell you.
