Hello Friends,   In this episode of Vitality Vault we will discuss the following:Social NormsYour Opportunity to Change the WorldAnd How HPC is Designed to Make it a Reality!Get Access to our Free Guide, "The 3 Ways to Unlock Immediate Vitality."There are so many awful examples of our society doing things only because… “everyone else was doing it.”  This is true only because of the power of social norms.  But these norms are starting to change.  What was outrageous in the health, fitness, and wellness industry is now known as best practice (CrossFit, HIT, Chiropractic + Rehab).  Don’t be afraid to continue fighting the social norm to drive the shift.  Let’s make drugs and surgery taboo! Whether it’s at the office or at home, how you spend your time will dictate what you get out of your life.  I know, that’s not revolutionary.  But it’s true, nonetheless.  Start with the low hanging fruit.  Do some of your rehab exercises, while listening to a conference call.  Watch the game in your living room while rolling out your hips and mid back.  You never know what could happen.  Your kids could start a journey of health, fitness, and wellness at the age of 12, or 6, or 3.  Your co-workers might consider taking a life-changing step towards a higher quality of life.  And, just maybe, you might feel a ton better! We are starting the shift towards 30-minute appointments because they are better for everyone.  It’s simple… 1 x 3 = 5.  That’s right, tripling the treatment time from 10 minutes to 30 minutes unlocks at least 5 times the value!  Ask if it’s the right move for you at your next appointment. Enjoy and Grind,
