Often overlooked, but incredibly crucial parts of a project are marketing and securing sponsors. Apart from the design, these are what truly help make any project a reality. 
In this episode, we speak with two of ESTEEM's Architectural engineering students, Scott Calder (former Head of Sponsorship and Finance) and Jairis Alvarez (Head of Marketing and Communications). They helped build the sponsorship and marketing teams from scratch and tell us how it helped them step out of their comfort zone.
