Last week we discussed the characteristics of a person who stays motivated and consistent with their fitness activity. This week we introduce someone who's doing exactly that. Ben Spong a professor in the forestry department at West Virginia University shares how he has developed a mindset that health and fitness will be a standard in his life. That wasn't always the case. Up until 46 years of age, he had a roller-coaster relationship with fitness. Then he met Kayla. Five years later there wasn't only a transformation of his body, but also his mindset.
