The U.S. will look to rebound on Saturday when they face New Zealand who lost to Australia in their tournament opener. There were also big wins for Brazil over China, and the Netherlands over Zambia. Team GB started their tournament well with victory over Chile while Canada and Japan drew 1-1. The next round of fixtures will take place on Saturday.In NWSL news, a major trade went down on Thursday as veteran forward and former U.S. national team star Amy Rodriguez was traded from Kansas City to the North Carolina Courage, with Kansas City receiving Kristen Hamilton, Hailie Mace and Katelyn Rowland in exchange.
