Episode Synopsis
On this episode of the #MentalDivePodcast, I have the pleasure of being joined by Phil Caron. A native of Timmins, Ontario, Phil is heading into his final year of eligibility for his junior hockey career. Throughout the course of his hockey career, he has continuously had to carve his own path through adversities such as being undrafted to the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), being waived by the Soo Greyhounds, as well as playing for 6 different teams throughout the course of 4 junior hockey seasons.
Myself and Phil discuss topics such as carving your own path, embracing adversity, the importance of mindfulness, and a ton more!
