Listen "Consistency, Leadership & the Small Steps That Change Everything"
Episode Synopsis
In this episode, I dive into the power of consistency and how it has shaped every part of my life — personally, professionally, and spiritually. I reflect on the moments that built me, from freezing onstage during a high school speech to eventually returning years later to speak confidently on Remembrance Day. I share stories from my military career, early leadership lessons, and the big (and small) ways that choosing to show up again and again has created opportunities I never would have imagined.I also talk openly about the reality of being an entrepreneur — how freedom comes with responsibility, how discipline becomes a love language to yourself, and how the way we relate to money can either limit us or completely transform our reality. Through my own experiences with scarcity, recalibration and rebuilding, I highlight how we can rewrite our money stories and lead ourselves with clarity.Health, vitality, and longevity are woven through this episode too. I explore what I’ve learned from leaders like Mel Robbins, Brené Brown, and Dr. Stacy Sims, and why sustainable habits truly matter. Strength training, balanced nutrition, steady routines, and honest self-awareness have played huge roles in my evolution — and I break down how small actions compound over time to create a life you feel proud of.This conversation is an invitation to choose yourself, back yourself, and lead yourself with consistency — even when you don’t feel ready.About KadiMeet Kadi Sonntag, the unapologetically wild woman leading the charge on living life boldly and breaking free from the limits society tries to set.
