Episode Synopsis
This is a wrap for season 1. I am going to take the summer off to prep for and even better season 2! Season 2 will consist of of interviews with some very special people that I have met along my journey and how they too are living their best lives Unapologetically Authentic.Closing out the season with 15 of my Top Tips.1. Have a morning routine that is 10-15 minutes long that serves YOU. This may be yoga, meditation reading, affirmations, bible study, whatever it is. But do it BEFORE ever looking and your phone or computer.2. Move you Booty-Boo! Exercise releases endorphins to get your brain pumped and ready for the day. A body in motion, stays in motion. Aim for 15-30 mins a day.3. Get rid of the clutter. Pick a room a week and clean it out. Donate clothes you haven't worn in 1-2 years.4. Listen to inspiration/motivational podcasts, audio books or read a self-development book.5. Drink your dang water and take the best supplements. Hydration and Gut Health are key. 6. Say No to sugar and artificial sweeteners. Sugar weakens the ability to respond to stress, which triggers anxiety and it weakens your immune system.7. YOU are responsible for setting boundaries. The less you respond to toxic people the more peaceful your life will become.8. Set the dang date. If you have a dream to do something, stop procrastinating and set the date. Take action over perfection.9. Practice positive affirmations,. Positive self talk helps release you from limiting beliefs, fear, worry anxiety and negativity.10. Stop wasting time stressing. Buck up and do the hard things that must be done to change the situation.11.Make smart choices when it comes to eating. Fuel your body. You are what you eat.12. Get a good night sleep. Don't look at your phone for 30-45 mins before bed. Have a nightly routine. Get 7-8 hours of sleep daily.13. Practice gratitude. Gratitude increases happiness and strengthens relationships.14. Throw the word "can't" out of your vocabulary. If there is a will, there is a way.15. Be Happy. Find your peace. Make time to do something daily that make you smile.That's it Ya'll!!
