Every time the holidays roll around, I take a moment to reflect on the year and how things really went. It can be something that feels uplifting, or maybe not at all and actually leaves me feeling lousy, but it’s worth doing nonetheless. I’m learning that regardless of how it goes, I deserve to learn more about myself throughout it all and treat myself along the way.
