in this episode we talk about our new trainings schedule as well as the topic of recovery.
in preparation for our Half-Ironman event we switched our trainings focus away from running towards swimming (by far our weakest discipline). besides these three swims a week we train a weekly average of ten hours with six trainings days and one rest/recovery day.
for the topic of recovery we lay out some active and passive methods to boost your rest days and prevent injuries.
