In today’s episode we're exploring the different pathways to parenthood, and what that looks like in a work context.
We’re going to hear powerful stories from people who have travelled very different paths to become parents. We’re going to hear about how they managed that through work, and what it is employers can do to ensure their employees are well supported when they’re navigating this complex, and sometimes difficult, journey.
We're joined by former HR manager and mum of three Caroline Thornton, salon owner and dad, Alexander Fuchs and Senior Consultant Psychologist at Transitioning Well, Dr Elizabeth Clancy.
