Listen "Dads in the workplace"
Episode Synopsis
In recent years we’ve seen a huge shift in workplace cultures and policies for dads. And we've seen a growing number of dads taking on more of the parental load at home.
But it hasn’t all been easy.
Many dads are encountering some of the same challenges that are often associated with working mothers, alongside their own ‘dad barriers’.
So, what is it dads need, and how can employers best support dads, so that they can live well and work well?
In this episode we’re joined by author and fatherhood and gender equality advocate Rob Sturrock; CEO of Employer Branding Australia Mark Puncher; and Senior Consultant – Psychologist at Transitioning Well Bri Hayllar.
