This week we’re joined by James Poole, an ultra runner and all round enthusiast of the outdoors. James has been involved in the running community over the years and now predominantly works in the industry. ⁣ ⁣ 
James founded Advent Running, has an impressive marathon PB of 2:44 and has taken on challenges and races across the world including the Gobi Desert in China, Western States, UTMB and the Mallorca GR221 FKT for Strava.⁣ ⁣
