Webster University Media Instructor and author, Julie Smith, joins Megan Lynch. Microsoft is being sued by a family with family member who killed another and the died by suicide. This is the first lawsuit that involves a homicide. '25% of young adults have asked a chatbot for mental health advice,' says Smith. She says the chatbot was telling the man that he wasn't mentally ill in this instance.
