Hi beautiful souls! Welcome to todays weekly guided meditation, where we focus on the beginning of the new week, motivation to do better this week, to embrace the best version of yourself and tapping into your deep intuition. So if you’ve been needing a push to do better, to trust your instincts and receive some words of encouragement then this is for you! I am still trying to figure out names for each meditation, so far we’ve got “remind and rewind” for the weekend meditations, “mindful Mondays” for Mondays motivational meditations, and I have a few different options for Wednesdays mid week episodes such as “Wednesday wellness” “balance break” and “serenity session” but Wednesday wellness is number one for me. Let me know what you think of these different titles and I’d gladly appreciate some feedback as well! Have a beautiful week filled with peace and purpose🤍🧘♀️
