Episode Synopsis

What does a boy who suffers from chronic Crohn's Disease do, he writes a cookbook of course. Jordan's journey of trying to manage his Crohn's Disease since he was a very young boy has not been easy, but the bright side of the suffering is that he and his family were able to spend a lot of time together trying to figure out how to make it better for him.  "You've Gotta Make This" is the name of this amazing cookbook.  A portion of the cookbook goes to Crohns & Colitis Canada.
