Listen "Wellbeing by Design by Meg Durham"
Episode Synopsis
"When it comes to wellbeing we need to think about where we are in our life and what stage we are in because every stage is different and what we have to offer changes, so we need to be able to adapt our wellbeing practices for what our context requires of us." This episode with Meg deep dives into the power we have to design our wellbeing practices to suit our context. Meg strongly believes that when we look after ourselves we can think clearly, make better decisions and in turn, be more confident on a daily basis. She shares stories of past experiences that shaped her perception of the power wellbeing has both inside and outside school contexts and describes meaningful and vulnerable moments in her career that have inspired her. Meg offers brilliant ways we can take care of ourselves by designing our wellbeing to suit our needs as well as the programs she offers schools through Open Mind Education. Kindling VS wood is a great analogy Meg shares to describe the power of deep and meaningful conversation that helps fill her bucket on a daily basis. Thank you for coming on this journey to make a better future for our life long learners!Website: https://openmindeducation.com/Instagram: @megdurham_LinkedIn: Meg DurhamEmail: [email protected] Podcast: The School of Wellbeing
