In this chapter, I discuss with Amber the timeless R&B music that was released in 1990s. When did you fall in love with R&B music? For this discussion, we focus on the solo artists and albums that were released in the 1990s. This decade definitively set the tone for solidifying our culture musically. It is my hope that this conversation will encourage you to revisit some of your favorite albums from this decade. Music is for the (culture).
