Episode Synopsis
As we transcend pass world mental health day. We must not forget those in our lives who may need a helping hand. In this chapter, I have a great conversation with Djuan Short, LCSW, CTCP, C-IYAT about the trauma that many African American men are facing. Unfortunately, there is an alarming increase in African American men completing suicide. If you know someone that may need some help or resources please share this chapter with them. It is my hope that this chapter can save someone. This is bigger than the podcast. It is about saving the (culture).
