We're also childless (not by choice) which adds a layer of discomfort to this special time of the year.This time last year we recorded a similar episode (Chris' loss of Christmas spirit) and  since then we've had a year of chatting to people who have been through loss, and found it has massively helped us to find our own ways to navigate and cope with grief, especially at tricky times like Christmas.
