A powerful, heartbreaking, and seaspiring story of overcoming grief by swimming in the sea. Jaime Garbin was born in Spain and raised in France until he was six years old. When he returned to his hometown he was introduced to the ocean and instantly fell in love with swimming in the cold waters of the Atlantic. It is a feeling he still holds dear to this day. Having a degree in philosophy has helped him with the hardships of life, including losing his parents by the time he was twenty one.
