For the second episode of the Rise from Eden Podcast, Steve and Dr. Mike talk about the concept of complexes: a concept found in the works of both Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung. Dr. Mike talks about how recognizing this very important concept is key to understanding about the (or one's) unconscious psyche, and how the clusters and "constellations" upon which one's complexes form shed light to knowing thyself, as they grip us in moments of inspiration and weakness. Subpersonalities form via our complexes, and "triggers" manifest themselves as a result of these complexes as well. Various examples, ideas, and forms of complexes are investigated; and solutions of how to deal with one's own (and others') complexes are also explored in this episode.
