We then went on all the way to the World CrossFit Games and our team won the Gold medal for the Affiliate cup, I was the alternate for the games team after a brutal internal battle between me and James Hobart for the final spot.Developed coached and competed with two more regional teams from CrossFit bridgewater. 2013 and 2014.Organized and coached the Bridgewater Gladiators amateur GRID league team and won the national championship in Anaheim California in 2016!!!My passion is coaching and helping people get better in any aspect of life. I enjoy coaching athletes but also enjoy the mental and psychological coaching of all humans when it comes to their fitness and nutrition.
