GTA Market Quick Tips
The Market is weird.
The once balanced market is tipping back in the sellers favour, generally speaking though it really depends on where & what property you're looking at. Rates are still holding back the flood gates.
Either way, when selling, you NEED a good agent *wink wink* because only the best presented & marketed homes are selling for some great prices.
The Rental market is pretty balanced too, but it's starting to heat up again.
As mentioned above, If you are looking to buy your first or upgrade, NOW is a really good time to do it before it gets too competitive. The rates are still relatively high but they are starting to drop. Remember to "Date the Rate & Marry The Price"
