The Rental Market is getting still chugging a long at a reasonable pace, we are seeing an expect rush before the end of year holidays.
As mentioned above, If you are looking to buy your first or upgrade, NOW is a really good time to do it before it gets too competitive. The rates are still relatively high but they are starting to drop. Remember to "Date the Rate & Marry The Price"
