The Market is really starting to heat up  & a lot more homes are selling in multiples & over asking again!  If you need to sell, now is a much better time than 3 months ago.
You NEED a good agent *wink wink* because only the best presented & marketed homes are selling for some great prices. The narrative is finally catching up, its not a mistake to make a move in the market! 
The Rental market is still strong... It's a great time to lease out that basement or think about renting that shed?
Also, If you are looking to buy your first or upgrade, NOW is a really good time to do it before it gets too competitive.
