The Market is Moving & some homes are selling in multiples & over asking again!  If you need to sell, now is a much better time than 3 months ago.
 You NEED a good agent *wink wink* because only the best presented & marketed homes are selling now. It's not all doom & gloom, the market is still chugging along.
The Rental market is still strong... It's a great time to lease out that basement or think about renting that shed?
