Elliott Rae is an author, speaker and founder of MusicFootballFatherhood.com (MFF) - the UK's most exciting parenting & lifestyle platform for men.  Elliot founded MFF in 2016 after suffering from PTSD after the traumatic birth of his daughter and the platform, called the 'Dad's version of Mumsnet' by the BBC, is the online community for fathers. 

This conversation is honest, and vulnerable and really takes a look at what the challenges of being a modern father - and man really are.
