Episode 2, Real Insights into Adoption, is an extraordinary account of two people’s different experience of adopting children.  Gina, who adopted two sisters, has faced years of heartache with one of her daughters.  Jack’s adopted a baby, who had been born in prison, where his birth mother was serving a sentence for arson.  At the end of the episode, Gerad is joined by Leon who was adopted at the age of 7 along with his sister.  His story is one of heartbreak, resilience, courage and gratitude.  It is incredible one person can overcome so much loss in a short life.
