Hey y'all! Welcome back to TPIL! I got to speak with Caitlin Berry who is a 2 time teen raw national champion and she most recently won the Arnolds Pro American Raw which is a very competitive meet! Did I mention she is 19 years old?! We got to talk about her experience with powerlifting in high school vs powerlifting in college, and we really got an inside look on what collegiate powerlifting entails. Caitlin is building some serious momentum going into USAPL's Mega Nationals and she is expecting the PR's to keep coming!
