Dr. Lisa specifically works with athletes and coaches to improve their mentality to optimize sports performance and to help coaches guide their athletes towards an optimal mentality for performing well. We focused on Powerlifting and how powerlifters can set themselves us for a successful day on the platform using certain tools, and how powerlifting coaches can help prepare their athletes and coach them on meet day towards success no matter how the day is going.
