This week on the podcast I’m honored to be joined by my great friend Jenessa Carlisle.  As a Parks & Trail Ambassador for the Met Council, Jenessa is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion when it comes to all things outdoors.  Her mission is to dismantle the systematic barriers that have historically excluded communities of color so that everyone can truly experience and enjoy all of the amazing things that outdoor life has to offer. Today she’s here to share her experiences of being a boat captain, trail guide, and even most recently a dog musher (we’ll get into that later).  But ultimately, she’s here to share her love of the outdoors with you and hope it inspires you to discover your love of the outdoors as well!
