Today is Father's Day and my daughter totally blew me away! Join me as I talk about the latest inspiration coming from a couple of friends, the C25K, or Couch Potato to 5K training program. I will do 30 minutes three days a week until I can run a 5K, or 3 miles in about 24 minutes. Temptation struck today with Father's Day celebrations, but I was good and maintained the discipline!
