This means God created you to fulfill a specific purpose and assignment in life, and your assignment determines your area of leadership.

The ability to fulfill this assignment, however, begins with developing a leadership mindset. Romans 12:2

When you think according to the renwed mind about you and leadership, you begin the process of becoming a leader.

When your renwed mind about leadership comes alive within you, it produces an attitude that transforms you from a follower into a leader.
Two animals that the creator identify himself with

1. Lion
2. Eagle

It doesn’t matter how big, smart, how many degrees you have, it doesn’t matter what you have or you don’t have. You may not have a lot of money, many degrees that keeps you small. It is your mind
It’s your mind. That’s why in romans it says

The difference between a leader and a follower is their attitude. They think different.
It is the thinking of the person that makes them see circumstances differently.
Attitude is a product of belief
Your leadership development is determined by your perception about;
1. Who you are
2. Why you think you exist (Your purpose)
3. You sense of significance (You are important to the world and that there is something
