I’ve seen it listed as any run over 1.9 miles, but that’s not what we’re talking about today.We’re talking about the weekend long runs that challenge you and add to life expectancy.* During half marathon training this might be 20km* During marathon training this might be 40km .3. Typical boxing exercise includes movement and footwork drills to evade punches, as well as punching drills on equipment like heavy bags, speed bags, and focus mitts.
