During the COVID pandemic did you find yourself fearing walking outside, getting sick and passing it along to family? Now that we have a new “normal” are you wondering what’s next? Maureen Kalivas had one of the only nursing homes with no cases of COVID 19. In this session, she explains the steps her and her team took and the attitudes that kept her business thriving. Maureen has been an RN for over 45 years, 35 of those years in administration. She specializes in geriatrics and is currently an administrator of a nursing home in Massachusetts. Having to adjust to change can be hard and uncomfortable.
