Episode Synopsis
In this episode, Andryanna sits down with Natalie Haynes to look at getting comfortable with uncomfortable race conversations.
Natalie is a corporate connection consultant, educator, speaker and psychotherapist. This interview includes:
what it means to have uncomfortable conversations about race and how to approach it;
vulnerable hot seat coaching with Natalie taking Andryanna through an initial conversation about race from her childhood;
how to become aware of our own responses emotionally, psychologically and relationally to the concept of race, by using ourselves as
the tool;
how to slow down, get curious and take action by looking inwards to better bridge the gap on diversity, equity and inclusion.
