Episode Synopsis "Breaking Silos in the Virtual Workplace"

Stefano Leone works in IT communications and people strategy at Euroclear, an international financial service company. Before that, he worked in politics, business, and non-profit organisations. As doesn’t come from the usual technical background, he brings a unique perspective on collaboration in an IT environment. In this episode he shares his experience with communication in IT organisations, and a few practical activities IT teams can do to improve collaboration and break down silos. He had some great insights and practical advice to share - I love what he did to recreate ‘watercooler talks’ while everyone was working from home.
