Today I reintroduce myself, Isabelle Wellman, and the podcast. I talk about what I'm passionate about, what has been alive within me, and the dark realization that I've silently taken steps back on. Be it fear, guilt, betrayal, addiction- we are in a deep time of introspection, healing, and witnessing where our scarcity mindset has been in control and how to slowly take the steps to support yourself into a peaceful, safe, abundant feeling day to day. Childhood wounds must be recognized, acknowledged, forgiven, and shifted for prolong change to take place. This podcast speaks to MY personal story, and is not a judgement onto anyone in the coaching, content creation, or online world. Sometimes we simply have to take responsibility and admit where we are, even when we feel conflicted and confused. Today's podcast was inspired by the dichotomy I feel within myself as we collectively witness this contraction and expansion from this Scorpio Full Moon Lunar Eclipse. Next Friday, on the 18th, the New Moon in Taurus will assist us in moving forward once more with clarity and stability.
