Joining our series on this episode is Phil Pearce - Chief Executive Officer of ESR Australia & Non-Executive Director of ESR Funds Management Limited.

Throughout the course of the past two decades, Phil been deeply entrenched within the commercial property sector both domestically and internationally, commencing his career as an asset manager with AMP Capital before joining Goodman Group in 2002 as a Portfolio Manager within their Singapore office.

By 2006, he was appointed Managing Director of Goodman Group China based in Shanghai, before being appointed Managing Director of the company's Greater China operations by 2009 based in Hong Jong - his steady leadership of the business during this significant phase of growth led to him being appointed an Executive Director & Board Member of Goodman Group for a period of close to four years.

In 2017, he joined ESR Funds Management Limited in Singapore and led the business's expansion into Australia via the acquisition of Commercial & Industrial Property as well as the acquisition of PropertyLink Group in 2019.

Phil was appointed CEO of ESR Australia in 2018 and manages the groups $8bn of domestic assets as well as the teams functions across site selection, acquisition, design, construction & project management, operations and funds management.
