A conversation with Roxane Debaty, Business Development Manager for the Amphenol Corporation. Roxane has been with Amphenol for a little over a year now. We talk about her business development role and her year-long crash course learning about a wide variety of Amphenol businesses. We talk about growing up in both South Carolina and France, the differences, the similarities, and what she's taken from those experiences. We talk about graduating high school at 16, finishing college, then her first job after college in direct sales where she learned as much about compassion for others as she did about her job.
