A conversation with Dee Fuller, Director of Distribution for the Amphenol Industrial Products Group. Dee has been with Amphenol for 43 years and has had jobs in almost every area of the business throughout her career. We talk about her seven years running machines on the factory floor and how much she learned from that time. We talk about her journey through various roles in sales and marketing before finally finding a home in distribution. We also talk about her taking a leap of faith to join the brand new industrial team 20 years ago and we discuss how building and maintaining relationships is the single biggest reason for her long, successful career.
