A conversation with PJ Lantin, Group Controller for the Amphenol Military & Aerospace Group.  PJ has been with Amphenol since 2015. We discuss his role as a controller and why it's so important to the success of the company.  We also talk about his brief foray into Belgian politics, including an all-night session with the Prime Minister on corporate tax reform -- that included a break for French fries and beer. We talk about working together with different countries and cultural norms in his current role, we talk about his excitement for the future of AMAO, and he tells me about the joys of exploring the NYC subway system with his 4-year-old son.  This is The Interface.
