A conversation with Dave Slack, Director of Engineering at Times Microwave Systems in Wallingford, CT.  Dave has been with Times Microwave Systems for almost 24 years and even though he’s in more of a management position now, he still enjoys getting in his reps as an engineer.  We also talk about the two things he always wanted to do as a kid: be an engineer and be in the Navy; we discuss the importance of contributing to something much larger than yourself; and we talk through the challenges he faces with Times Microwave Systems growing so rapidly over the past few years.  This is The Interface.
