A conversation with Tom Aubin, Director of Engineering for Amphenol IPC in Endicott, NY.  Tom has had a long career in the interconnect industry, including 16+ years with Amphenol, and is getting ready to retire at the end of the year.  We talk about his numerous roles with different Amphenol divisions over the years.  We also discuss what makes Amphenol IPC so unique in the industry, we talk about looking at engineering as a discipline when solving problems, and we talk about the importance of getting the design right the first time.  This is The Interface.
