Dr. Cassandra Lenza is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and owner of Healing on Hudson LLC, a growing network of specialized therapists in New Jersey. She specializes in anxiety, balancing life transitions, depression, eating disorders, body image, and trauma. Prior to opening her private practice, she was Clinical Director of BALANCE, a leading eating disorder treatment center in NYC. She also completed a two-year postgraduate program at the Center for the Study of Anorexia and Bulimia.
