When a person starts hypnosis to lose weight, the best way to deal with that is to deal with the emotion of food, and find out why a person is over eating. Generally overeating is a reaction to the stress and anxiety of a person's life. One of the ways to have a more nutritional and balanced diet is to eat like your grandparents did, cooking your own meals with whole ingredients and not eating processed foods.
