Chris and Brandon have their good friend, past teammate, and right-hand behind-the-scenes man Bobby Kelty on the pod!
Bobby has been helping the guys since the very beginning when it has come to creating the podcast. He has a passion for videography, photography, and editing and put his passion to work to help the guys create their very first pod and has continued to do help throughout!
In exchange for all of Bobby's help, Chris and Brandon have exchanged their fitness services, offering Bobby Chris's gym (Legacy Fitness Club) to work out and Brandon's workout programs to follow.
We hear more from Bobby about what his initial motivation was for coming to the gym, how these past 5 months have been since he started coming and the biggest changes he's seen so far physically and mentally along the way.
This is a great episode for those who have been on the fence about coming to the gym or those that need a spark about getting back into that consistent routine.
