In this episode, I have the pleasure to chat with Mr. Rick Ghinelli, a former outstanding middle school band director, turned middle school principal, turned director of performing and visual arts all within the Spring Independent School District in Texas. Today we can find Rick working as an Educational Support Manager in the Division of Education for Conn-Selmer. Besides being a wonderful human being, Rick offers us a wide perspective on our jobs as music educators through both lenses of a music educator and as an administrator.
