It’s Episode 5 and a whole show dedicated to the wonders of pierogi! We will make the gluten-free dough, roll them out, fill them with wonder and joy, cook them properly(I hope), and hope they don’t explode in the process!Traditional pierogi with an even more traditional recipe from my great aunt and mother(two different people, don’t worry) and adapted to be gluten-free. Potato and Farmer's cheese, Sauerkraut, and blueberry. Served with all the fixings. You won’t want to miss this!
